Yes. You can always get your money back for the individual programs. Refund rates vary based on the program. Please, refer to your contract for details. Refunds are only available for group programs if student cancels before the specified deadline on contract.

No. There is no way any mentorship program can guarantee acceptance into a student's dream school. Our program proposes to improve a student's chances of getting accepted by tailoring their profile and application requirements into their dream school's profile. However, each university has their own admissions committee and university acceptance is entirely up to them.

We provide self-study strategies and materials for test prep. However, we are not a test prep company, so if deemed necessary, the student is responsible for purchasing extra materials and enrolling in test prep programs through their preferred vendor.

We are not a test prep company. However, some of our mentors are STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) graduates and, consequently, may be able to offer support for math questions at their own discretion.

Your mentor will be in contact with you right after your free 45-minute consultation session. That way, all the details on the program you chose to enroll in will be specified over e-mail or phone by your mentor.

All sessions are online, through Zoom. Please, make sure to have it installed on your computer or mobile device before the session starts. The content of each session follows our exclusive 5-step strategy and is updated based on each student's needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Sessions are, then, individually tailored for each student's profile. If a student needs more help with a specific application topic, expect to have more in-depth calls on that topic.

You pay for everything online and receive your payment receipt through e-mail. Options include credit/debit cards, ACH deposits, and Zelle. Specific instructions are provided once a student is accepted into the program and signs a contract with us.
